পাবনা শহরের বিভিন্ন বধ্যভূমির মধ্যে অন্যতম ছিলো সার্কিট হাউজের গ্যারেজ। যুদ্ধের সময় পাকবাহিনীর বড় বড় অফিসাররা এখানে রাত্রিযাপন করতো। আর অন্যদিকে পাবনা শহরের বিভিন্ন স্থান থেকে নিরীহ বাঙালিদের ধরে এনে সার্কিট হাউজের পেছনের গ্যারেজে আটকে নির্যাতন করে হত্যা করা হত। এই গ্যারেজ ছিল পাকিস্তানি সেনা ও তাদের দোসরদের টর্চারসেল।এখানে যাদেরকে হত্যা করা হত না তাদেরকে বিসিকের ভেতরের ফাঁকা মাঠে নিয়ে গুলি করে হত্যা করে মাটিতে পুতে রাখা হতো।

Circuit House Garage was one of the heinous mass killing sites of the city of Pabna. During the wartime, many high officials of the Pakistani army used to spend the night here. On the other hand, innocent Bengalis were taken from various places of Pabna and were tortured and killed in the garage behind the circuit house. The garage was a torture cell of the Pakistani army and their allies. Those who were not killed here, were shot in the field inside BSCIC and buried on the ground.
